At Pandroms, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We specialize in kids’ kick scooters, tricycles, and balance bikes, and we ensure that every product is carefully packed and shipped. However, if you face any issue with your order, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
- Customers must notify us about any return or refund request within 4 days of delivery.
- Requests raised after 4 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- The product must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition, including all parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund requests.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- The entire unboxing process should be recorded continuously without cuts.
- Any defect, damage, missing part, or incorrect product must be clearly visible.
Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.
Valid Reasons for Return
Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Product received in damaged condition
- Missing components or accessories
- Incorrect product delivered
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, or minor cosmetic differences.
Quality Check & Approval Process
Once your request is received along with the unboxing video, our team will review the issue.
If approved, the product must be sent back for a quality inspection.
After receiving the product, our quality team will verify its condition.
Refund Timeline
If the product passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated within 4 to 7 working days.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Shipping or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Product Return Amount
If a product is returned after approval and quality inspection, the refund amount will be credited within 4 to 7 working days from the date of inspection approval.
Replacement Option
In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability and customer consent.
Important Notes
Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging will not qualify for return or refund.
Pandroms reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the policy conditions.
